Master Bedroom: Double size bed, built in wardrobe with lots of hanging space and views over the rear garden and fields.

Bedroom 2: Double size bed, large wardrobe with a connecting door to bedroom 3 making it a family suite (Jack and Jill).

Bedroom 3: Two Single beds and an additional pull-out single bed.

Family Bathroom: Fully tiled with shower over the large bath.

Utility Area: Accessed from separate door from patio area which contains washer/dryer.

Front Garden: Blocked paved, parking for at least three cars.

Rear Garden: Enclosed rear garden with side gates to front. Six seater table and chairs with parasol and cushions. Garden is a sun trap all day with views over fields and the various wildlife coming to say hello.

Included in the price is WIFI broadband, Netflix, all utility supplies, bed linen, towels.

This is a non- smoking property. 

Please note: There is a fenced dyke at the end of the rear garden.
